ScanNeo

Winner of the Parking Technology Award at the British Parking Awards 2025 in its first year, ScanNeo develops portable vehicle mounted Data Collection Units that capture real time operational data across streets, estates and car parks. Using AI, computer vision and GPS, the system identifies vehicles, detects objects and records compliance activity as patrol vehicles move through an area. Data is time stamped, location verified and securely recorded to support enforcement, monitoring and operational analysis. For local authorities and private parking operators, ScanNeo enables smarter patrol coverage, permit and whitelist validation, signage catalogue creation, object detection and route optimisation.
