Carlton Die Castings are UK leaders in both the gravity and high pressure die casting processes. Combined with an extensive in-house CNC machine shop, ensures Carlton's can offer customers fully finished castings ready for assembly. Current markets cover all aspects of manufacturing including lighting, castings for safety critical areas, electronics, ministry of defence, oil and gas and telecoms. Carltons can offer design advice from the start of a project ensuring a smooth and quick transition from initial prototypes to production parts. We offer a prototyping service in a number of different methods to prove the design before production tooling is produced. Due to the markets we work with, we are experienced in delivering tooling with short lead times. Timing plans are issued and updates at key intervals are provided to ensure projects run on-time to meet customers requirements. Quality is vitally important to us. Detailed work instructions are issued to ensure castings are checked at every stage in the process and bar code scanning on our route cards can provide full tractability.
