I'm a culinary enthusiast founded by nature's intrigue and a passion for cuisine and hospitality that specializes in creating unique quality food products with ingredients I personally grow. I germinate around 50,000 seeds of over 120 varieties of exotic Hot Peppers and sell the seedlings in the spring. What I don't sell I grow throughout the summer and sell the actual peppers in the fall. What I have left I roast a portion, dry, crush and use as an ingredient in some of my products I make and the rest I ferment over the winter to make various Hot Sauces. I also make a very unique Apricot Pepper Jelly, Hot Honey, Hot Maple Syrup and Spicy Chocolate. I also sell charcuterie boards and other featured products that are in the production process include Spices, Oils and Habanero Jerky and Mustards.
