BeFC

BeFC redefines digital disposable devices with the world’s first metal-free energy solution. Our bioenzymatic fuel cells and highly integrated electronics enable OEMs to deliver thinner, lighter, and more sustainable health wearables, and point-of-care medical tests — free from the constraints of conventional batteries. Built on decades of world-class academic research, the company was incorporated in 2020, raised venture capital funding, and now holds over 64 intellectual property (IP) titles — with disruptive technology recognised internationally by Nature, MIT, CES Innovation Awards, and more. BeFC has already manufactured wireless embedded systems, delivering proven success in logistics, health, and medical environments, with real-world applications deployed by stock-listed companies.
