概要
GRUNDIG's history dates back to 1930 when a shop named Fuerth, Grundig & Wurzer (RVF) was founded to sell radios. After World War II, with the rapid development of surrounding regions and the company, GRUNDIG gradually became the largest radio manufacturer in Europe. Following the company's restructuring as Grundig AG in 1972, Philips fully acquired GRUNDIG in 1993 and sold it to a Bavarian consortium in 1998. Entering the 21-century, the business was split into two divisions in 2003: home appliance owned by Beko/Arcelink Group and automotive owned by Delphi-Grundig. The latter was acquired by Modern Creation Luxembourg in 2009. In addition to TV & home appliance, which are familiar to consumers, GRUNDIG are also becoming active in the field of automotive, auto-move and mobility, gradually establishing a product matrix of GRUNDIG brand licensing. Upholding German quality and sustainability, GRUNDIG brand licensing product matrix is expanding in both quantity and quality, embracing the future of sustainability.
