AY Döküm is a one-stop foundry offering fully integrated manufacturing solutions under one roof, including casting, machining, heat treatment, painting, and assembly. With an annual casting capacity of 20,000 tons and part weights ranging from 5 to 250 kg, we serve global OEMs primarily in the agriculture, construction machinery and other off-highway sectors. Founded in 1955 and continuously expanding its capabilities, AY Döküm combines advanced engineering support, simulation technologies, and modern production lines to deliver high-quality gray and ductile iron components, including ADI and SSF grades. Our facilities cover 90,000 m² with strong in-house capabilities from pattern design to final assembly, supported by comprehensive quality control systems such as CMM measurements, spectrometry, and non-destructive testing.
