-Smart Zone (HK) Ltd. is a Hong Kong based manufacturer and marketer of a large line of toy vehicles, including its well established MIGHTY WHEELS® brand of toy construction vehicles. In addition, Smart Zone owns all of the IP for the related animated series MIGHTY MAN tm. Smart Zone is looking to partner with existing relevant brands, both in licensing out its MIGHTY WHEELS® and MIGHTY MAN tm brands and entering into licensing agreements with licensors whose brands could assist Smart Zone's marketing and promotional efforts with respect to its own proprietary brands. In this regard, Smart Zone has retained Barry Piels, someone with more than forty five years experience in the consumer products industry with particular experience and expertise in the toy business, both as a marketing executive and as an attorney. Barry, a resident of Connecticut, serves as Smart Zone's VP Brand Marketing and is the person whom should be contacted with respect to all of Smart Zone's licensing plans, programs and business activities.
