MZ Electronic was born in 1993 developing electronic nautical equipment, increasing all over the years its range. In 2008 MZ creates ITALWINCH brand and in 2011 they acquire ORVEA. Now the range ITALWINCH by ORVEA has more than 30 categories of mechanical products for docking. In 2017 Mz Electronic acquires Officina Navale Nanni ( O.N.N.) specialized in windlasses, chain stoppers, capstans and deck equipment for boats up to 90m. In 2021 MZ buys Progetto Elica building propellers, which allows MZ to propose a complete range MZ proposes a complete range from small boats to big boats up to 90 m
